Bums and Tums Aerobics
A low impact low intensity class using hand weights , resistance bands and balls to provide a fun class suitable for all levels of fitness and is perfect for anyone new to group fitness and exercise. This class is a great "all over" body conditioning formula that will burn fat and tone up any "wobbly bits" !

Salsa Latina
A low impact session using latin dance moves to latin rhythms ! Even if you have two left feet come along and mambo cha cha cha ! You dont need a partner and this is such a great way to get fit ! Twizzle your tassels and wiggle your wobbles !

Step Aerobics
A great way to burn fat and tone up using a step* This workout is multi level so you can progress at your own pace
